You cant have color directly like that.

You can use style property like

      color: Colors.green,
    ),
  ),
  style: ButtonStyle(
    textStyle: MaterialStateProperty.all(
      TextStyle(color: Colors.amber),
    ),
    backgroundColor: MaterialStateProperty.all(Colors.amber),
  ),
),
