So, I tried to use my wireless headpods but found that Ubuntu 21.04 has a bug:

It worked for me
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
sudo systemctl stop bluetooth
sudo systemctl status bluetooth
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth
