How much money is Unity going to pay me?

I would like to create game/app in Unity and use UnityAds. The problem is that I don’t know what should I expect. The question is, what eCPM does Unity pay for rewarded video ads in Tier 2 countries?

It is very simple question, but it looks like it is hard to straightfully answer because I found eCPM like $0.73, but also around $3. I know it is not that big difference, but in my calculaitons is :D. I also know it depends on whether there is iOS or Android user, but I don’t really care about this. I just need one number that will somehow give me image of potential earnings.
