i checked the csproj file and yes the resources are there I’m not sure what happened it was working and then I saved my work turned of my PC and 4 hours later I come back to resource not found any help will be appreciated

Just try these solutions. One of them will hopefully help you:
- Re-Build your solution
- Close and reopen Visual Studio
- Rename your .xaml file and rename it again to the old name and built the solution again
