The WCF project cannot be run after the name is changed

Friends, I’m new to WCF and I created a WCF Application program today. His project file name is IService1, and I get an error when I change his name and then change IService1 to my own name in the code. I also looked at Web.config to see nothing related to him, why? I need your expertise, thank you!
