Unable to Add for Review – Xcode 15.0.1

3 days ago I have submit my application for review and it was uploaded successfully.

topday i have fixed minor ui issues and try to upload it for apple review but i apple developer console I am getting the following error message:

The items below are required to start the review process: New apps and
app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 11 or
later, iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs. Apps built with beta
versions aren’t allowed.

a temporary solution for this is to downgrade your Xcode version to 15.0
